Detailed lessons on the importance of breath and different yogic breathing practices
The benefits of meditation, how it relates to yoga, and steps for getting started
Descriptions of different yoga styles, including a fun flowchart to help you find a place to start your exploration
Four 15-minute video practices from the vinyasa, Iyengar, Kundalini, and Yin traditions
Four 15- to 30-minute audio practices from the Forrest, PranaVinyasa Flow, restorative, andtherapeutic schools of yoga

Part 1:

13- 26 February 2017: 10 am to 1 pm (with downloadable videos)

Part 2:

6-19 March 2017: 10 am to 1 pm (with downloadable videos)


About the Instructor:

Rochelle Robins and Anna Williams, the duo have been training and practising yoga for the last fifteen years and also hold certifications in the same. While being actively involved in running their yoga studio on the outskirts of London, they have been involved in imparting video trainings for last three years.
